StratEdge Advisory operates as an independent intermediary connecting experts with clients, including consulting firms, research networks, and end organizations. We facilitate opportunities but do not guarantee engagement volume.
2. Expert Eligibility & Representation
You confirm that all submitted information is accurate and up to date. You possess the expertise claimed and will update any material changes. StratEdge Advisory reserves the right to verify and approve profiles.
3. Compliance & Ethical Guidelines
You agree not to disclose confidential or non-public information, not violate any NDA or employment agreement, and decline engagements involving conflicts of interest.
4. Engagement Process
Experts are matched based on project requirements. Final selection is subject to client discretion. No minimum work allocation is guaranteed.
5. Commercial Terms & Payments
Fees may vary based on project and client requirements. StratEdge Advisory may retain a service margin. Payments are processed post engagement completion and client confirmation.
6. Non-Circumvention
You agree not to directly engage with any client, consulting firm, or network introduced via StratEdge Advisory for 12 months from last interaction.
7. Confidentiality
You must maintain confidentiality regarding client identity, discussion content, and project details.
8. Independent Contractor Status
You operate as an independent professional and not as an employee or representative of StratEdge Advisory.
9. Limitation of Liability
StratEdge Advisory is not liable for advice shared during consultations, business outcomes, or indirect losses.
10. Termination & Modifications
StratEdge Advisory reserves the right to update these terms or remove experts at its discretion.
