1. Organiser and program
StratEdge Advisory organises AI for Employability, a live online 90-minute workshop on Sunday, 1 November 2026, 11:00 AM–12:30 PM IST. Official contact: Contact@stratedgeadvisory.in.
2. Registration and payment
The total workshop fee is ₹590, inclusive of 18% GST (₹500 base fee + ₹90 GST). Pay using any UPI app, by scanning the official QR or paying to StratEdgeAdvisory.36945641@hdfcbank. Submit the UPI transaction reference with your registration. Providing a reference does not independently verify payment. Do not pay again if you encounter a submission error; contact the organiser.
3. Cancellation, refunds and rescheduling
Once paid, the workshop fee is non-refundable for participant cancellations or non-attendance, except where applicable law requires otherwise. If StratEdge Advisory cancels the workshop, participants receive a full refund. If the organiser revises the schedule, participants may join the later session or request a full refund. Email Contact@stratedgeadvisory.in with your registration ID and transaction reference to request an eligible refund. Eligible refunds are processed within 7 business days to the original payment source, subject to bank processing. Statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
4. Information collected and why
The registration form collects your name, email address, WhatsApp number and country code, city, relevant education or employment information, selected objectives, UPI transaction reference, a registration ID, registration time, and consent version and acceptance time. This information is used to administer the workshop, handle registration and payment-reference enquiries, tailor relevant learning context and send joining instructions and workshop updates. Do not include confidential employer, client or financial-account information.
5. Access and security
Registration information is held in restricted-access storage, not in a public participant directory. Access is limited to authorised organiser personnel and service providers needed for hosting and workshop delivery. Participant names, contact details and payment references are not publicly available through the website.
6. Purpose and privacy requests
Your information is used solely for this workshop, not for unrelated future marketing, and is deleted when no longer needed for that purpose, subject to applicable legal requirements. For access, correction, deletion, withdrawal of consent or a privacy complaint, contact Contact@stratedgeadvisory.in. Withdrawal may affect our ability to administer your registration or send joining instructions. You may use applicable statutory grievance channels if your concern is unresolved.
7. WhatsApp updates
Your WhatsApp number is used only for direct workshop-related updates, registration confirmation and joining instructions. We will contact you on WhatsApp within 24 hours after successful registration. Registration does not enrol you in a WhatsApp group or authorise sharing your contact details with other participants.
8. Online delivery and conduct
The workshop is delivered live online. Joining instructions will be provided through workshop communications. Participants are responsible for their internet connection and a suitable device. Treat other participants respectfully and do not share confidential information, disrupt the session or redistribute private joining links.
9. Materials and intellectual property
Workshop materials are provided for the participant’s personal learning. Ownership of StratEdge Advisory’s frameworks, prompts and teaching materials remains with the organiser or relevant rights holder. Do not record, redistribute, reproduce commercially or publish these materials without permission. Participants retain responsibility for the accuracy and lawful use of information they provide to AI tools.
10. Educational disclaimer
This workshop provides educational and career-preparation guidance. It does not guarantee employment, placement, interview selection or a specific career outcome. AI-generated output may be inaccurate; independently verify every claim. Never invent experience, achievements, credentials or metrics.
11. Consent record
Registration requires one acceptance of this consolidated notice, including payment, cancellation/refund provisions, registration-data processing and workshop-related WhatsApp communication. The website records the notice version and server-side acceptance timestamp. Any unrelated marketing consent must remain separate.
